Linda Needs Your Help!

Linda has discovered a very interesting chair.  I know I have seen this style before somewhere but after I did some searches I could not turn up anything. Can anyone out there help Linda identify this chair?

Hi Kevin,
I love your blog and your cool MCM items. What I was searching for when I came across your blog was help identifying a MCM chair I got. It has handwritten  497-09-6739 and M.C. Rock on the underside. It looks like some of the Adrian Pearsall and other designers, but no other tag or information on it. Thank you and your readers for any help! Linda
